Hey Guy's and Gal's, I'm an uncle of a young man who is driving a new car this year and I am trying to get him faster. The car is a 88 ford escort. I would appreciate any suggestions. We race at a 3/8th mile, fairly flat, track in Missouri. The car is Fuel injected. I think it's a 1.9. Well any help you can give would be great. I really would like to know how to lock up the front end and how to setup tire pressures. I'm fairly good with my hands and I can do the work if I can just get a little help on the set ups. Thanks in Advance Perry D

Hey Perry, You may be a bit out of my league on that one. We don't have a class like that around here. I have a friend from Cal. that has been around some of that, and I'll see if he has any pointers for ya. That sounds like a pretty competitive class. I imagine every ounce of advantage is worth it's weight in gold. I'll see what I can come up with.
Brian
